Recipe Idea
For a simple facial serum for glowing skin, combine 25ml of Raspberry Seed, 20ml of Jojoba Oil #233, 5ml of Vitamin E #807, and 8 drops of Lavender #102 in a glass bottle. After you have cleansed, massage a small amount into your face and neck before bed.

Food Use
Spruce up your dishes by adding some Raspberry Seed Oil to your cuisine. It can be used in salad dressings, smoothies, pasta dishes, a dip for bread, drizzled over grilled fish or meat, roasted vegetables and many more. It adds flavour and richness.
