Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy
Use Organic Silver Fir Needle in your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the woody and uplifting aroma. 

Create your own refreshing essential oil blend for your diffuser by blending Fir Needle with citrus oil like Lemon #103, Orange #105 and Mandarin #154 and bring the feeling of nature inside.

Skincare
Add a few drops to your favourite carrier oil to create your own super simple body oil.

Massage
Combine with your favourite essential oils and a carrier oil for a personalised massage oil.  To enjoy the energising and uplifting powers of Fir Essential Oil, you can create a massage blend with Sweet Almond #215, Grapeseed #210 or Coconut Oil #203. The possibilities are endless!

Skincare
Add a couple of drops to your cleanser, toner or moisturiser.

DIY Beauty
Use as an ingredient in your homemade lotions, balm, creams and serums.

Green Cleaning
Add to 10 drops to 50ml of white vinegar in a spray bottle and use as a multipurpose air freshener and surface cleaner. Add to 20 drops or 1ml to 100ml of Organic Castile Soap #407 for an antibacterial hand wash/dish soap.
