As a business to business wholesale website, Neat Wholesale is not bound by the terms of the distance selling regulations. If you need to cancel your order please contact us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail.
Damaged goods will be replaced with any reasonable return postage costs refunded - proof of postage costs will be required. All our goods are posted insured. Where goods are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs.
Unopened, unused goods returned within 30 days will be refunded. Subject to discretion we may refund any reasonable return postage costs - proof of posting costs will be required. Subject to discretion, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable postage costs from the refund.
Due to the nature of the products we offer we cannot accept returns on opened or otherwise used items unless the return is with regard to a problem with the items.
If you wish to return goods please contact us immediately quoting your order number and where appropriate the reasons for return.
Neat Wholesale reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned items. The restocking fee covers the time and cost of preparing a custom order and ordering in goods to fulfil the order.
